I am a Navy veteran with 32 years of active-duty military service. I have over 19 years of hands-on and supervisory experience in the field of nuclear power plant operation, testing, and maintenance (in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program) and 12 years of senior executive-level leadership experience and human resource management experience as a Command Master Chief in the field of organizational leadership and personnel management/development. Command Master Chiefs are the most senior enlisted person assigned to all Navy commands containing more than 250 enlisted personnel.
