Senior enlisted military advisor to the Air Wing Commander on all aspects of manning, training, equipping and combat operational readiness for 7 deployable aviation squadrons; completed training and workup cycles as the senior enlisted military leader for 2 operational carrier deployments in support of combat operations in the Persian Gulf. Advised the commander on programs and policies impacting the morale, welfare, discipline, training, quality of life and readiness of over 1,400 enlisted personnel.Led, mentored, coached and supervised 7 Command Senior Enlisted Leaders in training and operational readiness evolutions, and all aspects of personnel and leader development.Program manager; managed and oversaw administration and execution of over 20 personnel readiness and professional development programs (including career management, equal opportunity, sexual assault prevention/response, drug/alcohol abuse prevention, suicide prevention, personnel safety and physical readiness) for senior military staff of over 30 personnel.

Provides counsel and advice on all aspects of personnel readiness and support programs for over 6,000 military personnel and families.
