During my time as the president of my own company, I exclusively recruited Physician Advisors for a NYSE company. I helped them staff a brand new office in Miami and expanded their Chicago, Seattle, Houston and California offices. I was responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process, which included researching, sourcing and identifying prospective candidates. Prior to the candidates meeting with the client face to face, I would coach and prepare the physicians for their upcoming interviews. I was also responsible for negotiating compensations with prospective job seekers.

Working at American Recruiters I was focused on client development while pursuing top talent for exciting positions within the Healthcare industry. My high level of service and follow-up skills keeps my clients and candidates involved in every aspect of the interview and hiring process.

During my tenure at Comp Health I was Responsible for placement of Allied Health providers into Hospitals and Medical Centers throughout the country.
