- Lead sourcing & purchasing activities to identify optimum supply solutions for indirect categories such as Capital projects, Factory services, Site & General Services, IT/IS, Small minors & spares etc. through a wide range of sourcing tools (e.g. negotiation, tendering, e-procurement, strategic collaboration, etc.)- Responsible for Internal stakeholders’ engagement & Suppliers Relationship Management.- Manage Contracts & Procurement Process (commercially, financially & ethically...) in light with company policies, systems, controls & Governing laws.- Acts as the liaison between regional sites and sourcing managers to communicate updated business needs (e.g. specification, volume changes, etc.)- Develop, implement, maintain & update continuous improvement programs (KPI’s & supplier evaluation & performance reviews) to sustain performance targets and improvement programs

As a MRP Controller I handle the following duties but these not only limited to these:• Budget the stock value and maintain it.• Optimize the stock level, classify it and make sure that the stock value meets the needed availability for the clients.• Work with the engineering department to make sure that technical specifications of the stocks are correct.• Conduct market research to make sure that all materials are of high quality standard.• Classify the products according to the set categories.• Need to forecast the trends in product consumption to provide the needed number of stocks and its turnover.• Evaluate the supplier and manufacturer base on their performance and technical ability.• Follow the working conditions and follow safety procedures in the workplace.• Build supplier management and relationships.
