Served as a project manager in the Optum Center for Wellbeing Research, an organization that specializes in behavior change-based clinical trials for tobacco cessation. In concert with team scientists, oversaw all aspects of clinical trial implementation and administration, from initial grant application to publication. Additionally responsible for clinical trial data management, reporting to stakeholders, trial budgets and intervention quality control. Worked cross-functionally with tobacco cessation quit-coaches, software development teams, data analysts, IRB regulators, and legal counsel.

Built and managed a team of physicians, dietitians and exercise physiologists to provide clinical oversight for Arivale Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) and Registered Nurses (RN) wellness coaches.• Designed and managed platforms and personnel that reviewed 27,000 blood, genetic, saliva and microbiome lab results that drove dramatic improvements in clinical outcomes.• Served as the business unit manager to develop machine learning based clinical recommendations using blood test, genetic and health questionnaire data. Reduced staff time required for each client from 40 minutes to seconds.• Supervised creation of a 1400-page resource knowledge-base to establish rigorous scientific foundation for all lifestyle recommendations.• Served as the business unit manager to create a web-based dashboard and smartphone app to present complex clinical data in an easy to understand and compelling way for clients.
