I supervised all administrative, logistical, and operational requirements for Direct Action EOD support for the 75th Ranger Regiment and other Special Operations Forces. During this time, I was responsible for training, implementing, and projecting Direct Action EOD capability in a worldwide response area.• Coordinated agreements and implemented policies with the 75th Ranger Regiment, Joint Special Operations Task Force, and other government agencies to make decisions for activities and set strategic goals for EOD capability in support of national mission objectives.• Regularly recruited, trained, assembled, and deployed eight personnel to support special operations in combat theaters every 105 days, with zero mission failures or loss of personnel.• Coordinated and planned a $2.4 million annual budget for training material procurement and resource allocations; while managing $25 million of equipment across the globe.• Received a Meritorious Service Medal in recognition of flawless performance.

Selected to lead seven EOD technicians to deploy with Special Operations Forces during the Global War on Terror to destroy enemy weapons capability, conduct sensitive site and technical exploitation of weapons capability, and post-detonation analysis. During this time, I supported the 75th Ranger Regiment and other Special Operation Forces in the Army's Airborne Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) organization. I was responsible for training, developing, and mentoring seven co-workers in my organization. My primary responsibilities were identifying, rendering safe, and the final disposition of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive hazards while maintaining $1.7 million of specialized no-fail equipment for national mission directives. I created and reviewed daily intelligence reports from tactical to strategic levels.• Performed duties as a Division Supervisor for EOD and counter-explosive device assets in the combat theater for a Joint Special Operations Task Force, directed those assets to accomplish 134 Direct Action Operations with no explosive device-related casualties.• Planned and executed 960 hours of high-risk, complex training for seven Direct Action EOD technicians without injury or loss of equipment to prepare them for any executive-directed global contingency operations.• Regarded as an expert in Direct Action EOD and routinely briefed General Officers on the training, staffing, and proper equipping of a Direct Action EOD forces.• Received a Bronze Star Medal and a Joint Service Commendation Medal in recognition of the accomplishment of National Mission Directives within the combat theater.
