Oversaw the aquisition of Industrial, Multifamily and Commerical properties in California, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon and Texas. As Managing Member performed asset managament responsibilities for a pool of Limited Partners, and operated over 400 residential units. Resposible for the development of 300,000 sf of retail construction, the development of 150,000 sf of class "A" office space and structured parking. Also active in buying debt ( notes ) and converting to owned real estate assets through forclosure.
