My professional career started as a paralegal and quickly transitioned across to lending over 20 years ago. During this time, I gained a Diploma in Management and a Certificate in Business and have held various roles in banking and financial services including Credit Assessor, Business Development and State and National Sales Management. The opportunities I’ve taken have all had something in common, they have presented me with a challenge, that’s what I enjoy, it’s about starting in roles where work needs to be done and being part of positive change. I also enjoy engaging with people, particularly the franchise network and helping them to achieve their individual goals. Loan Market as a company provides a supportive culture, every wants to see people do well and contribute to the overall success of the network and I take a personal interest in seeing others succeed and that motivates me. I would describe myself as loyal, balanced, fair and committed whether that be to my team, to the network or to the company I work for, I will give 100%. Outside of work I’m kept busy with two young children, I also love any sport, bike riding, running, rowing and any spare minute I have I want to be with family and friends.
