But there are ways to cope with the constantly growing flow of plastics - the solution is to reduce consumption and recycle! At the world market leader for plastics recycling machinery, I was responsible for all sales activities within Europe for the product group “PET recycling machines”.My duties involved:- business development and customer acquisition- negotiation and deal closing- shaping and steering a Europe-wide dealer network- representation at trade shows and speeches at conferences- developing partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)With close to a hundred travel days per year to around 20 countries, I got a hands-on insight into the world of plastics recycling in Europe.
