Recruited to start the Jacksonville and North East Florida market while assisting with Tampa accounts. Responsible for building new IT company partnerships, creating new accounts, and assisting with installs as needed.~Developed 15+ active referral IT partnerships in the newly formed market, leading to tripled revenue growth in the company over 5 years. ~Maintained strong working relationships of over 25 pre-existing partnerships.~On a team of two in the sales department that was responsible for account management and ongoing add on services for a shared 600 plus accounts.~Served as marketing support in creating fliers, landing pages, training videos, artwork collateral, social media posting, amongst other website work.~Host and publicizing 8+ annual community events to expand local and national presence.~Worked on various projects benefiting different departments and teams including: --Migration from ConnectWise CRM to HubSpot including all aspects from companies, contacts, deals and pipelines; everything short of the ticketing boards. --Creating the standard operation procedures for new client installs including documentation, diagrams, and variations depending on staff install, partner install, or 3rd party install.--Streamlined onboardings by managing a project to give new clients ability to send over audio files weeks ahead of install with existing company technology, saving major time of collaboration while our technicians were onsite for the day of install.
