Identify impacts for various IT interfacing technologies including CSI (Common Services Interfaces), MicroServices and Pub/Sub Enterprise Event Bus. Identify and document existing and new operations work center process impacts.Liaison between Product Management and IT, interpret high level requirements from Product Mangers, provide HOMs, POCs, and alternative solutions based on client needs.
