I have been working in customer service since 2018, handling inquiries and ensuring a high quality of service. I have experience in handling sales and complaints from my past and present employers.I currently work on the PCRS line in RelateCare, handling queries on medical cards, GP visit cards, Drug Payment Scheme and Long Term Illness. I assist our recruiting department in times of high volume with outbound calls for pre-screening and registration, I also have used Paycor to create their profiles for HR and contacted references during the hiring process. I have been trained on Patient Scheduling with Beth Israel Lahey Health within RelateCare to assist in busy periods to ensure a high quality of service on both a personal level and company basis. I am part of their Employee Engagement Committee creating posts for our in-house social media platform Viva Engage. I will often use Canva for these posts as a creative tool but I may also use Adobe Photoshop or Gencraft(AI Generator). I have completed a Level 6 certificate in Social Media and Digital Marketing learning about Search Engine Optimization and Analytics in which I received a Distinction. I referee with the Waterford Schoolboy League handling matches from under 11 to under 16 ensuring fair games are held and the laws of the game are applied within the spirit of the game. I have also taken up coaching with the Ferrybank Soccatots teaching the basics of football to kids aged between 4-8 years of age.
