My self and another colleague are administrators for Newcastle upon Tyne NHS Trust's main Service Management Tool, Service Now.Service Now was implemented with the roll out of ITIL to the business. It is used as an end to end tool for Service Management. Every one of the trusts 10,000+ employees has access to Service Now to log faults & service requests.We deal with any modifications to the system requested by any of the Service Management teams as well as day to day maintenance.We have tailored the out of the box systems so that they meet the user bases' needs and continue to improve on the current tool.
