• Convert monthly planning process from a Demand Plan process to an inclusive and more robust S&OP process incorporating multiple business functions (Product Line Management, Sales, Planning, Procurement, Executive Leadership Team)• Manage monthly S&OP process• Manage monthly global forecast and safety stock plans with contract manufacturers supporting 5 product lines• Design forecast process to achieve overall 80% forecast accuracy• Evaluate quarterly Excess and Obsolescence claims from contract manufacturer, achieved quarterly claim reduction of 70%• Streamline global scheduling process accounting for unique requirements of each product line improving on-time delivery performance• Develop monthly and quarterly planning metrics, report metrics to management team (Lead Time, On-Time Ship, On-Time Delivery, Fill Rate)• Assist in developing processes to support online store platform achieving fill rate of 90%+ supporting $20M+ annual revenue• Lead Planning Team through two business acquisitions representing an additional $200M+ annual revenue

• Analyze $50M of annual spend to identify parts and material critical to complete sales orders• Work with key suppliers to develop forecasting and stocking strategies ensuring critical parts are filled on-time, achieved Fill Rate of 90%+. (Gross and Net Forecasts, Safety Stock, Kan-Ban, Multi-Tiered Stocking)• Develop metrics to monitor supplier performance and identify areas for process improvement (Lead Time, On-Time Delivery)• Report supplier performance monthly to executive team identifying any issues and corrective actions required to address the issues• Communicate timelines and material requirements with suppliers to support new product roll-outs

• Analyze on hand inventory and initiate material transfers to appropriate location for consumption• Review material demand to determine excess material and determine material disposition• Develop weekly and quarterly spend reports• Track expenses and report by root cause monthly• Track and report consigned inventory at contract manufacturers monthly• Submit supplier diversity reports for select customers quarterly• Review material standard costs as vendors, processes, and usage changes initiating cost updates when required

• Schedule plant production to ensure inventory remains at designated levels• Utilize lean ordering practices to keep production on schedule while holding minimal raw material inventory levels• Inspect and receive material upon delivery• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality• Design and implement safety improvements to reduce and eliminate potential safety issues
