Using a new family budget as the focus, each household was counseled in all aspects of earnings and spending using monthly and annual analysis. As the 43 families moved into their new homes, I assisted them with establishing banking relationships, understanding mortgage documents, conducted an informal home inspection, counseled regarding energy savings measures and refined their budgets.
