Watercraft Sales Operations Analyst
Current• Supporting $50M+ Watercraft Parts & Accessories Department with 649+ B2B accounts among Domestic, Export, & DTC E-commerce distribution channels. • Supported Account Reps with booking $23M on the 24WCFALL P&A program through timely and accurate reporting on insights and wholesale opportunity's.• Leverage Company Software and SAP Business Objects to refine current system processes as well as develop new reports by identifying, analyzing, and providing insights on P&A trends and variances for internal and/or external customers. • Monitoring Inside Sales Reps daily sales performance to develop and recommend a course of action to achieve monthly sales targets. • Partnering with procurement team on supply planning with Watercraft P&A market demand/ trends experienced from dealer network. • Assisted and provided initial reporting on data integrity discrepancies within the Watercraft P&A data set which contributed to the "War Room" company initiative.• Conducting Ad-Hoc reporting to support Sport Boat & WaveRunner Unit Sales. • Trains new employees on best practices, operating systems, and selling techniques.
