Reporting to the Managing Directors in Melbourne, I am responsible for managing and growing the Queensland property business for the Pellicano Group.Pellicano is a privately owned and managed property development, construction, funds management and property management business that has been in operation since 1967. With offices currently in Melbourne and Brisbane, Pellicano has a diverse portfolio comprising residential, commercial, retail and bulky goods, industrial, aged care and hospitality interests.My role as Head of Property - QLD is to oversee the groups property and development interests in QLD, managing a dynamic and highly energetic team, with a focus on growing a diverse and sustainable property business. Our portfolio is diverse and involves developments and properties across most property sectors with a focus on high density residential, retail, mixed use and industrial developments throughout Queensland.
