• I was blessed to lead Saint Mary's Hospital for 7 years which is a 391 Bed acute care Hospital with A full range of services, over1,500 staff and 350 physicians and is considered the Flagship hospital of Bon Secours.
• We recruited 40 new physicians to the campus resulting in an 8% growth in discharges from 2002 to 2007.
• Our team Recruited and retained 15 key members of the leadership team for the hospital which fostered a strong culture in the hospital.
• I Implemented adult and Pediatric hospitalist and Intensivist programs that resulted in reduced length of stay from 5 to 4.7 days in the adult patient population.
