EMEA Equity Management Reporting (Vice President), Jul 11 – Feb 20Supported the Equity business unit and Equity Finance CFO on all Equity Financials; revenues of $2.5Bn, total expenses of $2Bn, headcount, balance sheet, capital requirements, legal entity transfer pricing, financial metrics ROE/Leverage ratio. In addition, took on COO and risk reporting responsibilities for IED department, building scope up to ED platform.Management reporting lead, in charge of a team of 2 in London and 7 in Budapest. Key point of contact for Equity COO and global strategy COOs for financial queries. Team embedded within Equity Product Controllers, partnering with Equity Finance CFO and Product Controller Heads to explain Financials to the front office.Risk lead for IED, in charge of team of 1 in London and 3 in Mumbai. Reporting on key risk indicators to regulators and management.Project Lead for a number of key global reporting workstreams: Expense Allocation Simplification into Equities; Global reporting efficiencies and analysis; Transfer Pricing implementation and Governance model.Implementation of expense profiling and reporting. Significant interrogation of underlying internal allocation systems used to redistribute expenses and revenues. Reporting to the PRA on business unit performance. Deep dives into various business segments- owner of all financials.Weekly reporting on all financials metrics with focus on weekly revenue generation and balance sheet usage.Additional responsibilities added in the last 3 years to increase scope up to ED platform on top of Management Reporting function: incorporating Client Reporting, Risk Reporting, departmental COO and multiple Global Reporting Projects. Largest projects being implementation of simplified expense allocations to Equities and Global Transfer Pricing reporting for Equities.Achieved Global CFO team award for Transfer pricing report innovation, build and governance process in 2018.
