• Worked on the Amazon Alexa Accessibility team on improving accessibility features for hearing impaired customers.• Designed and implemented a software package that utilizes Alexa Voice Service and the AWS Polly service to test the accuracy of the Alexa captions feature in an automated manner.• Implemented several changes to improve the accuracy of the timing of the Alexa captions feature.
