I recently took on a residential specialist with 101 Mobility in Indianapolis. I will be training field personnel, Adjusting, Performing State Inspections and working with 101 to put a service department in place.

I currently am working in the Mod Dept for TKE. Modernizing 6 elevators, basement traction machines, full Mod on all 6 cars at ST. Vincent Hospital. Looking forward to work on the Mod side of the industry again. I like the New Installation but Mods make it for more of a challenging week. Trained and installed TKE Evo Tractions for the last year.

Moving on to my next elevator high rise project. I will be a working Foreman modernizing all elevators at One Nashville Place building. The 359’ building is also known as the Regions Financial Corporations Building.

I will be managing the elevator project, as a working foreman, another 25 story building in Nashville TN. The 222 will be a multi - tenant class AA office building in the SoBro submarket of downtown Nashville. This building will have a state of the art amenity offering a 5000 square foot outdoor terrace with seating, fire pits, outdoor television, fire pits, bar service, views of the amphitheater and the Cumberland River,outdoor yoga and much more.

I will be traveling from Chicago facility to Miami Florida working on the Porsche Tower project. The 60 story condominium located on Miami Beach will have 3 elevators that will be transporting the tenants automobiles from the lobby to their residence. Mid American Elevator Co. Are in the engineering process of these elevators. I will be working at their site and then traveling to Miami to install these elevators. The elevators now officially called Dezervator are in the final stages of engineering. I will be finishing up the prototype in November 2015 and traveling to Florida for the final installation and train union elevator personal the maintenance side of the Dezervators

I currently picked my union card back up as an elevator mechanic in Nashville TN. I am currently working for Nashville machine Co. Nashville Machine is a privately owned company that installs Thyssen Krupp elevator equipment.

I managed equipment and personal at Miami International Airport and all repairs for Miami area. I transferred to Nashville office and managed 1600 units and 17 service men. I managed all quoted and non quoted repairs including repair teams.

I Managed all Construction, Service and Adjusted the elevators I installed on my jobs in the state of Indiana. Murphy Elevator is based out of Louisville, Ky and I was the Adjuster / Foreman for Indiana work. I managed all the work at the Indiana University in Bloomington In. This included all new dorm elevators and the new addition to the football stadium. I also managed service throughout Indiana, mostly Indianapolis area. I had 2 to 6 crews working at one time or another.

I worked mainly in Indianapolis area as a construction foreman. I had 2 to 8 crews working for me on such jobs as St. Francis hospital additions, Clarion Hospitals East and West, Richmond Indiana Hospital, Duke office facilities and sevreal other major buildings. Some of these building sites had up to 11 elevators in them that were traction and hydraulic elevators. I also surveyed most of these jobs as they were being built before the contractor was ready for us to be on site. Installed gearless machine vertically on I beams at Indianapolis Traffic Control Tower, this the only elevator of its kind in the nation. I worked at Otis test tower in Bloomington Indiana testing and engineering Otis products.

Installation and repair on elevators and escalators
