Lead bird specialist conducting nationwide avifauna survey for the multi-purpose National Forest Inventory project of the PNG National Forest Authority. Team leader for vertebrate section of Binatang Research Centre. Train and supervise team members on field research techniques, survey protocols, and data collection and entry. Data analysis and reporting.

Primary duty is to implement a field research program addressing training, education, and outreach for conservation priority of the PNG Institute of Biological Research. As a senior staff I am responsible for all stages of the research process from design, data analysis to publication in peer-reviewed journals, management of their project budget, and dissemination of results in professional meetings or other media. I also assist with programmatic responsibilities, e.g., assisting visiting scientists, liaising with other conservation organizations and government departments, participation in weekly paper discussions, landowner/stakeholder relations, etc. Supervise junior IBR scientists and students/intern biologists. Future plan to to pursue higher degrees, postgraduate studies.

Primary duty is to implement a field research program addressing a conservation priority of the WCS PNG country program.
