After 34 interesting and challenging years working for the UW, I am retired. I'm currently pursuing my interests in a variety of arts including drawing, photography, writing and music. I appreciate all the wonderful relationships developed over the years with colleagues, staff, faculty, students and vendors and the important work that I was fortunate to be a part of. It was an honor to graduate from this great institution and to spend most of my professional career here.

As Manager, I'm responsible for the AV technology staff and equipment on the UW School of Medicine and Public Health campus. This includes over 100 classrooms and conference rooms in six different buildings. It is our role to provide technical support with the state of the art technology in classrooms, lecture halls, rooms with video conferencing capabilities and conference rooms. We manage the enterprise scheduling system used to schedule this space and other event resources.I also provide consultative support. As a consultant, I've worked with AV vendors and construction contractors in the building of new space and installation of new technology. I've been asked to serve on various hiring committees as a representative of the School of Medicine and Public Health. In meetings, I've represented Classroom and AV Services as well as the Facilities Group in planning for a variety of events on our campus.

Managed the operation of the Video Production facility in the UW Hospital and Clinics. Edited and directed a variety of health education videos for professionals, patients,students and the general public. Was Executive Director of live to tape productions of a health related talk show.

Hosted a daily show. Wrote, voiced and produced ads for local businesses. Was Music Director responsible for screening new music for various format playlists.
