Major Areas of Responsibility include:• Ensures compliance with all WA marijuana rules and regulations governing the act, and directly supervises the activity within the dispensary to include dispensary staff training and education.• Overseeing transactions/conversations on the floor while coaching on the fly• Managed all purchases for store (Up to $300,000 / month)• Directs and monitors department managers to accomplish goals of the plan, consistent with established safety procedures• Establishes methods to follow the operating plan in compliance with the state regulations• Responsible for assisting with implementing and maintaining security systems for tracking, record keeping, record retention and surveillance related to all product at every stage of storage, delivery, transportation, and distribution.• Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance• Implement HR policies and programs in support of company initiatives. Direct all compliance efforts for the company to minimize risk• Ensure job descriptions for all positions are accurate and current• Conduct investigations: respond to unemployment claims, EEOC, DOL, and/or employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civic rights complaints. Settle grievances in coordination with senior counsel.• Create organizational development and employee training programs.• Conduct performance reviews with employees & monitor employee productivity, attitudes, and performance results.• Recruit and retain top quality staff and conduct interviews. Manage talent acquisition and workforce management plan.• Maintain excellent facilities conducive to enhancing employee productivity.• Provide company-wide communication • Ensure employee safety, wellness, and health & welfare.• Creating a safe/fun environment while delivering results.

•Achieves Goals: store sales, ADT, UPT, SPH, payroll, and inventory•Manage controllable expenses on store Profit and Loss Statement•Ensure the Customer Service Mission Statement is executed consistently and personally leads by example•Schedules employees in accordance with Company policies to provide excellent customer service•Analyze reports, communicate appropriate information to business partners to maximize business opportunities and improve store profit•Effectively teaches, demonstrates and ensures all store staff complies with all Company initiatives: Training Programs,Selling Programs, Manager on Duty Program, Target Shrink Program, Payroll Procedure, Dress Code•Complies with all Company direction on merchandise presentation and marketing standards•Develop and implement Store Events•Recruit, interview and hire brand appropriate sales oriented employees•Maintain staffing levels to Company Headcount Matrix•Promptly and accurately complete New Hire Paperwork and separation paperwork per company procedures•Develops staff to ensure manpower succession•Maintain Human Resources files in accordance to Company Standards•Create Agenda, schedule and implement management and sales meeting regularly•Manage staff performance: performance reviews, weekly force ranking of sales statistics, one on one conversations, coaching daily on performance,counseling under-performance and policy violations•Ensure accuracy of Company in store promotions and merchandise markdowns•Manage inventory shipping and receiving procedures•Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization•Prepare store, schedule, train and direct staff for store inventories•Maintain store and staff safety•Plan, schedule and implement all store meetings•Work with all associates in the store to maintain a professional and productive work environment•Adheres to all Company Policy and Procedures•Supervise Sales Associates and Management team assigned to the store
