Managed 3 year, $2 million Creative Korea (CK) grant from the Korean Ministry of Education to develop undergraduate programs in social innovation. Evaluated as the highest performing Principal Investigator out of 16 CK projects in the internationalization category.

SICA is an undergraduate association of Yonsei students that inspires them to become social innovators by creating startup businesses models and provide probono consulting for social enterprises.

Founding board member

Administrated over 500 University of California students who study abroad in Seoul each year at the Yonsei campus.

Served for more than a decade as the principal administrator of faculty affairs, curriculum development, career development, admissions, student affairs, PR, student recruiting, international exchange agreements, major events and special program development. Scaled the program from less than 100 enrolled students to over 2000.
