I have the experience of more years than I care to remember in both the construction and insurance industry in both the UK and Ireland – both of which I am passionate about. This experience has enabled me to grow both the Brinlack Ltd business and Mountainview Sevices. 36 years experience in: • construction of both private and commercial projects • site experience in the construction and building of various large housing schemes including the design and implementation of those schemes• developing and implementing the latest construction techniques• the construction of both large public and private sector developments for the main contractor and the client in both Ireland and the UK 18 years experience in working with Quinn Insurance, surveying claims and carrying out repair works. Works ranging in value up to €20m19 years experience in the management of various building projects, initially concentrating on specialist joinery fit out projects like bars, restaurants, hotels and the fitting out of laboratories for Norbrook Laboratories. Overseeing and managing large commercial contracts from the ground up through to final handover of residential houses, apartment blocks, hotels and office blocks.
