o Built and managed national coalition of over 940 organizations across the addiction, treatment, prevention, and recovery fields - provided guidance to these organizations in their own endeavors.o Guided and facilitated resource development projects addressing including addiction related stigma, evidence-based prevention practices, medical school curriculum and recovery pathways for individuals and families.o Executed targeted advocacy efforts, including those centered around the Comprehensive Addiction & Recovery Act and the 21st Century Cures Act. o Created national community organizing effort and both designed and implemented training around community organizing and goal development, hosting over 40 trainings and training over 1,500 organizers.

-Designed and implemented outreach strategy for 35 states-Developed relationships with key leaders in the recovery advocacy movement, including Recovery Community Organization leaders, Prevention Networks, Recovery Residences and local agencies focusing on addiction treatment and recovery-Built metrics based field and outreach plan in order to generate turnout for October 4th event in Washington DC

-Managed political operations for Democratic caucus of the Washington State Senate-Developed campaign strategies, field operations and communications for targeted State Senate races across Washington State-Recruited capable and well qualified candidates for targeted State Senate races and made recommendations on resource allocation to key State Senators-Designed and implemented fundraising strategies for both the campaign committee as well as key candidates-Directed extensive team of consultants including direct mail, research and polling principals

o Owned and operated a political consulting firm focusing on Washington State legislative and local politics.o Worked with candidates and independent expenditure campaigns on statewide, county, legislative and municipal campaigns. o Brought in nearly 15 clients to business and managed ongoing client relations.o Crafted campaign strategies, including message development, field programs, press relations, website content and online outreach strategies as well as GOTV operations.

o Directed statewide campaign for the Washington State Democratic Party.o Worked with numerous campaign organizations to develop a statewide voter identification, persuasion and GOTV strategy for the Democratic ticket.o Presented and reported 2008 campaign progress to funders, including Democratic candidates and Washington State labor organizations.o Managed staff of over 50 individuals and a budget exceeding $2 million.
