I have had a wide variety of experience from new construction to older high-rise buildings, and very high profile properties. I take pride in customer service and the smooth operation of each and every project I have had the opportunity to be a part of.I am a highly motivated individual, with experience in a variety of building HVAC, control, and fire-life safety systems, as well as all aspects of management, and enjoy all aspects of building operation, management, customer service, and team building. I have spent my career of customer service in retail, security, maintenance, management, construction, hospitality, and a variety of fields that are not represented in my resume. I look forward to keeping the client satisfied and love to solve problems for the “win-win” solution. I work well with others and equally well on my own. I enjoy my work and take pride in doing the job right the first time. I believe that a happy client means return business, and growing profits. I enjoy meeting new people and expanding my knowledge of everything around me. I feel that my broad experience gives me the ability to adapt and be very flexible responding to difficult situations.
