I have been practicing pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus for over twenty years at the Wheaton Eye Clinic, where I have built one of the largest medical and surgical practices in my field in the Chicago area. I have also served as the director of the section of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus at the University of Chicago from 1999-2007, where I was a part time physician-educator teaching residents, medical students and optometry students. I have experience in health care and corporate governance, sitting on the Wheaton Eye Clinic board of directors for two full terms. Most recently I was elected President of Wheaton Eye Clinic, my term beginning in March 2022. I have enjoyed participating in clinical research, having published over a dozen articles in peer reviewed ophthalmology journals and having given numerous talks at local and national meetings.
