Mike Kirkland is the Senior Vice President of the Perspecta Offerings & Solutions Group. Prior to Vencore, Mike led the Engineering and R&D organizations for Lockheed Martin’s Information Systems & Global Solutions Intelligence business. Mike’s organization included 4,500 engineers and researchers who supported a portfolio of programs within a $2.5B business. Additionally, Mike served as a Lockheed Martin Senior Fellow and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the Intelligence business.He is currently a member of several Federal and Industry technical advisory groups, the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) Advisory Board.
