The purpose is to identify common themes and trends with the output being heat maps that are actionable to help focus engineering resources to reduce or eliminate identified hazards.•True Cost of Safety - Yearly exercise starting in 2015 to establish the average dollar amount for one OSHA Recordable to Tesla. This cost figure is used to justify design and equipment implementation supporting decision analysis and ROI calculations.
