Responsibilities:-Manage the lockbox retrieval daily and manually apply all of the unapplied cash.-Handle credit charge backs from clients by either researching and challenging them, or accepting them. -Prepare month-end general ledgers. -Routinely complete financial tasks in the queue, including creating credits, managing write offs, and and facilitating refunds.
