I teach in both the undergraduate and graduate programs for UW-Platteville's on-line criminal justice programs. I chair seminar papers and teach corrections related courses for the department.

Oversee and lead a core team of year round employees to develop and grow an outdoor ministry program. This includes the operations of a year round retreat center hosting over ninety events a year, hiring thirty seasonal staff members, and expanding the program offerings through development and partnerships with other non-profit organizations. Part of Executive Director Team approach responsible for human resources, risk management, legal issues, regulatory compliance and collaborated about strategic direction.

Taught Introduction to Sociology, Introduction to American Government, and Social Problems in multiple modalities Also worked on course re-development and incorporating technology into on-line and classroom learning.

I taught both graduate and undergraduate classes in the criminal justice department. The classes included Gangs Seminar, Introduction to Criminal Justice, Report Writing, Corrections and Society, Corrections in the Community, and Juvenile Delinquency and Prevention.

-Supervised high risk offenders on probation and parole. -Investigated violations and determined appropriate responses. -Participated in revocation hearings and other administrative court hearings. -Interviewed victims, offenders, law enforcement, and others to create Presentence Investigation Reports.
