Solely responsible for all aspects of promotion and marketing for large Reals Estate deals. This includes, but is not limited to Industrial Development, Retail Development, Land Acquisition and sales, Multi-Family Housing and Equity Partnering. All Bank and Investor related materials are designed, produced and presented for review and follow-up materials are generated for eventual sales contracts and deals. A large Customer Service interaction is required for this position.

Recent position required implementation and development of Digital Press and Direct-to-Print Online Management and Variable Data Systems. Knowledge of customer service databasing, storefront development and shared application techniques were applied.The primary position over my tenure was maintaining customer service and support on all levels of production. This ranged from initial client scheduling and consultation to finished marketing materials. Materials included print media, advertising, multi-media and digital/social solutions, consultation and presentations for client annual marketing budgets and managers conferences. As Production Manager, I offered consistent support as a liaison between all the marketing personnel, sales staff and our clients.As Creative Director, I developed and created most design, print and promotional materials for all levels of advertising needs (portfolio upon request). Provided digital press and base IT for Mac/PC, ran Dye Sublimation department, sales and services, trade shows, conferences and charity events.

Responsible for Production of all Print and Media related materials from inception to completion. Included many phases of comprehensive design, applied materials for production of collateral, brochures, signage, promotional items, trade shows and events. Oversaw all pre-press and print related materials throughout the printing process.

Organize, design and produce all levels of production for 700+ page monthly publication. Responsible for layout, prepress, press checks, digital organization.

Responsible for production and management of 10 monthly publications. Included managing 4 art departments with a total of 30+ employees. Directed all levels of development and coordination.
