• Work to continuously improve safety, quality, and the manufacturing process of distribution transformers.• Attend daily meetings, analyze production and quality data, perform time studies, conduct Layered Process Audits• Manage teams and lead projects while utilizing process maps and planners.• Use AutoCAD and Inventor to design products and alter floor plans for optimal production. Work with contractors to apply these designs and changes into the manufacturing process.

(Winter Break job)• Remove old roof segments in order to repair damaged truss and drainage work by using a variety of tools. • Construct new, stable roof segments and prevent leakage by using proper sealing techniques.

• Stack and unload shipments onto pallets and conveyer belts using a forklift.• Tracking and correcting improper shipments and routine inventory analysis.• Daily maintenance inspection for faulty machinery and hardware as well.• Maintain a clean work space to ensure safety.

• Receive lumber orders and stack boards on a forklift accordingly. Then safely prepare materials for transportation.• In charge of ensuring orders are properly met and taking inventory.• Dispose of unstable boards and debris.

• General maintenance of painting, construction, cleaning, renovation, improvements of internal and external foundations, and routine lawn care.• Performance repair of various appliances and inspections of HVAC and electrical units.

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments of fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring quality standards are met and perishable items are handled properly.• Ensure worker and customer safety by maintaining clean produce and a clean environment.• Receive phone calls from customers and greet customers in a friendly manner and offer assistance when needed.• Maintain and inspect inventory numbers and standards
