My team is responsible for managing the new store, gas station & market format prototype design for Meijer. Along with those responsibilities, we are responsible for the site-adapt design process, budgeting, change management & consultant sourcing associated with our program.

Comprehensive Project Management of 6-10 new stores per year from due diligence to opening/close-out. Key Responsibilities include managing program improvement, budgets, schedules, contracting, tracking, mentoring, safety programs, prototype management and other tasks.

My responsibilities with the US Army Corps of Engineers consisted of ensuring that contract requirements were met safely, on-time, with-in budget and within the scope of work. These projects range from Dredging harbors to Building a Boiler plant and even to building Dams. I was personally accountable for onsite management of multiple ongoing projects.
