I possess over 25 years of architecture and construction experience in residential and commercial markets. For the whole of my career, I have worked in some capacity of design-build. I have experience on both sides of the equation. As a registered architect, I ensure that jobs are completed as prescribed in the contract documents. I am versed in all aspects of planning and design - from conceptual sketches to construction documents through project completion. As a construction project manager, I take projects from drawings to delivery. This includes all aspects of qualifying, bidding and contracting the various trades. I develop schedules and ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget, with the highest regard given to superior quality work.Specialties: Design-build
