I lead a team of 8 in owning the sales ecosystem for Vivint's largest sales channel. Together we DESIGN, BUILD, MAINTAIN, and IMPROVE every tool and process used by sales. We build out new processes when they don't exist, ensure that current tools and processes work, minimize down time, and are constantly looking for a better way to get the job done. As a strat/ops team we follow the principle of "go and see", never assuming that we know what is wrong, instead testing our hypotheses to find solutions.
