Areas of responsibility: - Bring the breadth and depth of the GIS organization to the customer. The ISDE represents GIS from the Offering perspective, the account from a customer standpoint, and represents the regional strategies based on the customer location.- Delivers GIS's portfolio of managed services offerings through the combination of on premise and leveraged resources delivered by GDN’s orchestrated by strong delivery teams.- Achieves financial commitments, identifies growth opportunities, and aggressively pursues efficiencies to reduce costs and improve service.- Accountable for the end to end infrastructure service delivery on the accounts.

Areas of responsibility: - Responsible for all Network and Voice services in Nordic - Operations (24*7) - Engineering - Staffing - Vendor & Contract Management - Vertical/Account/client dialogue- Nordic Network cost pool ownerAchievements:- Major cost reduction- Improved client satisfaction- Setting a new Nordic management team- Improved staff satisfaction- Reduction in outages
