• CFO for Charter Services, FBO and MRO Services• Oversee Accounting, Finance and Tax departments for ten entities and 120 employees

• Actively oversee, develop, mentor, and motivate a staff of 15 accounting professionals.• Significantly contributed to a 40% increase in current year-to-date Group EBITDA.• Develop tools, models, and systems used to carry out the company's long-term business strategies.• Actively engage outside auditors, lenders, vendors, brokers, appraisers, and consultants.• Oversee $125MM annual operating budget, including overhead allocations.• Oversee and secure financing for the annual CAPEX budget.• Oversee preparation of monthly combined financial statements for 43 companies, including monthly budget variance review for 15 operating businesses, 24 real estate holding companies, two general contractors and two shared services entities.• Actively participate with insurance wholesalers to secure and minimize property and liability premiums through layered risk and construction cost strategies.• Actively participate in lender presentation production, earnings calls, and annual meetings.• Create and organize treasury management strategies while utilizing a working line of credit.• Negotiate terms for $200MM Unified Credit Facility, $25MM Revolver, a $75MM Accordion and several LOC’s. • Negotiate investor and partner buyouts, including mediation and arbitration support.• Manage lender credit agreement; covenant issues and loan extension strategies.• Create innovative valuation concepts to maximize real property values.• Actively participate in new pricing strategies for products and services.• Critically analyze new acquisitions using internally designed tools, models, and key metrics. • Actively oversee the 401k plan as Trustee, fiduciary responsibilities, and VCAP submittals.• Oversee VCAP submittal for tax-exempt bond financing.• Oversee 65+ companies annually and 15 employers in three states.• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
