Michael Koluch is a CompTIA and Microsoft Certified IT professional, skilled presenter/trainer, and proficient project manager. Serving Arlington/Roe, Inc. in Indianapolis, Koluch manages company-wide technology projects; provides end user support, and facilitates training and assessment. As an independent consultant, Koluch also provides businesses and organizations with guidance and support on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and corporate training development. Prior to moving on to a new career in IT, Koluch served in Higher Education since 2001 and most recently served as the Director of Academic Support for the Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MUCOM). In this role, Koluch provided vision and leadership for Marian’s graduate student academic support program which included a variety of resources and services. His primary responsibilities included coordinating orientation programs; identifying and intervening with at risk students; COMLEX preparation support; coordinating tutoring and mentoring programs; faculty advisor support; and facilitating student learning assessments. Prior to moving to Indianapolis, Koluch served as the Assistant Dean of Students at Walsh University in North Canton, OH. As the Assistant Dean of Students, he was responsible for creating, maintaining and assessing positive, student-centered, extra-and co-curricular programs and services. Koluch began his career as the Assistant Director of Student Programs from 2003-05 and Director of Student Programs from 2005-06 for Millikin University in Decatur, IL. Professionally, he has held positions with the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) and Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (NASPA). Most recently, he was elected Secretary for the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM) Council for Student Affairs and selected to champion the Academic Support AACOMmunity.
