I oversee all aspects of the IT Department, managing the information and communication services for the company. This includes the physical and virtual servers, SQL databases, IP phone system, web based programs, user computers, security and the network systems. I also oversee the IT staff and work closely with our vendors and contractors. I also work closely with the finance department in setting budgets and maintaining a web based system for entering budget detail worldwide.

Also, provide support to all employees for systems resolution, maintenance of logins, passwords, and scripts, and provide technical training and support to end-users through installation and set up of computers and software. Responsible for maintaining the Helpdesk system and coordinating the assignment of request orders to ensure all repairs are properly completed.

My responsibilities included, order entry, customer order process management and general technical support.

Maintained legacy applications using ASP and also worked on generating new applications to meet the business goals.

Maintained customer relationships and helped the customer with anything they may need, from technical assistance to order entry.
