The leader of an analytical chemistry laboratory is exposed to all forms of analytical techniques for the examination of water, wastewater, scale and corrosion byproducts. Develops and maintains standard operating procedures and quality manuals for the progress of the division, including a Water Testing Manual for all field related testing. Works closely with Marketing, Purchasing, R&D, and the Technical Manager of the Water Energy division. Trains and supports lab technicians as needed for the lab operation. Fields technical support requests from sales personnel. Works closely with our microbiogist in the development of reports and procedures for the analysis of water treatment foulants. I am also the lead administrator of AssetGuard which is our service reporting tool used in North America.
