Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry, and co-founding an investment dealer (CIRO) in 1998, I focus on creating a community where advisors can candidly exchange ideas and share experiences.I co-founded Designed Wealth Management, because I feel that the investment industry isn't focused enough on allowing advisors to deliver a customized experience.I believe in developing a strong corporate culture that empowers advisors to do what’s best for their clients. Our competitive advantage includes a simplified, integrated, flat fee structure, so our advisors are fully in control of their compensation as their practice grows.After completing my MBA from Loyola University Maryland, and my PhD in Management from Lancaster University, I held senior roles at investment dealers and investment fund managers (IFM) including Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). I’ve also been member of the IIROC Ontario District Council and recently Vice-Chair of the IIROC Financial & Operations Advisor Section (FOAS). Having first-hand experience working within the advisor community, I strive to provide a unique opportunity for advisors who want to feel they have a voice in the corporate structure.
