Recruited to build and lead a newly formed non-regulated renewable energy subsidiary of a traditional natural gas company. Hired and managed subject matter experts who were instrumental in establishing the business and identifying growth opportunities. Interfaced with a cross-functional team of corporate functions to fully integrate business with the parent company.Held full accountability for P&L, new business and, capital investments as well as strategic plan development and implementation. Negotiated and executed $1B in long-term fixed price agreements to sell renewable natural gas.

Hired to lead business growth in North America for Australian-based EDL Energy. Served as member of North American Leadership Team and oversaw redevelopment of existing projects and developed growth strategies for green-field development and acquisition in North America. Directly managed a business development team and served as lead for cross-functional development execution team.One of my most rewarding accomplishments was securing a positive financial investment decision on 5 new RNG projects with a $250M+ capital commitment and production capacity of 6.5 million MMBtu/year.
