Michael Kozel has more than 25 years experience in sales, management, and executive operations roles. Prior to establishing Novus, Michael was a principal with a local consulting firm. He has partnered and consulted with industry leaders in the pharmaceutical and health supplement industries. His professional sales career started with The Upjohn Company where he gained experience in general and hospital sales and also thrived as a Medical Science Liaison in the company’s then dominant CNS Unit.Michael earned his Masters of Business Administration degree at Drake university.
