Mr. Kreter is responsible for identifying operational changes that would conflict with existing regulatory requirements. and mitigating potential impacts of forthcoming regulations in relation to currently permitted activities. Most recently, he lead the environmental transition of a 1.2-GWh coal facility into the CAMS O&M fleet.Along with providing environmental support, Mr. Kreter performs multi-media environmental assessments of energy assets throughout the United States. He has supported the environmental liability diligence of 12 power facilities in his current role, and has performed more than 20 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments of midstream assets in support of $1.12 billion sale. Mr. Kreter has also performed several Title V and Acid Rain permit renewals for Midwest energy assets.Mr. Kreter also has experience supporting business development of the organization, for which he coordinated the siting and assessment of four potential Battery Storage facilities.
