Sometimes that is a traditional plan, sometimes that is building a completely custom self-insured plan, and sometimes it is somewhere in between.Why- I like helping people and I believe I can make an impact by helping people solve their benefits problems. Most common challenge I see is cost. I do agree that the current healthcare and health insurance ecosystem is not sustainable. What most people don't know is that there are things you can do TODAY to start addressing your costs. I believe in education. I believe that you should leave your corner of the world a little bit better than you found it. I believe small to medium-sized business should have better options when it comes to this stuff (I also grew up in a household with small business owners, so I understand what it's like). I believe in not increasing deductibles or employees cost share, but flipping this on its head and regaining value back into this recruiting and retention tool.You cannot control the cost of health insurance WITHOUT controlling the cost of healthcare.
