Perform targeted PMO Management, Scheduling (IMS), Finance, Cost Controls (EVMS/Performance Management) & Analysis, Change Management expertise and support for government (DoD) and private sector customers. Specific duties include Client Training for PMO Controls, Scheduling Best Practices, Risk Management & Mitigation, Cost & Schedule Integration, IPT Leadership & Support, EAC/ETC Process Controls, Program Performance & Variance Analysis, Program Surveillance & Compliance, and Executive Reporting. Additional duties include System Description Development for DCMA/DCAA Certification.

Ensure major Projects and Programs Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.Engage with the Program Team to perform thorough project analysis showing knowledge and understanding of the program and the principles of EVMS, and suggest/create/implement work around to enhance cost and schedule performance.Perform risk analyses, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts. Understanding numerous facets of scheduling and regular contributions to the development of new scheduling concepts, techniques and standards. Provide interface/support to program office, IPT leads/CAMs and less experienced schedulers to achieve program objectives. Support new business proposal providing recommendations on schedule methodologies and proposal strategies and develop an IMP and IMS.

Develop detailed project plans and also hour by hour plans that define key activities, timelines, and resource requirements needed to achieve program objectives. Responsible for managing program teams and related implementation activities according to project plans. Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders and project team members, CAMs and subcontractors to obtain project status and discuss current program issues and risks. Accountable for timely completion of subcontractor projects and deliverables within established timelines. Responsible for developing client relationships and working closely with U.S. government customer, subcontractors and vendors to ensure acceptance, quality, and integrity of program information. Coordinate and respond to requests for change from original specifications. Monitor project results against technical specifications and performance measures. Conduct monthly EVM activities per ANSI/EIA-748 guidelines, deliver IPMRs, BCRs and function as responsible POC for U.S. government oversight. Communicate plans, status, and issues to the PMO.

Contract Project & Program Support: Provide a variety of contract PMO & EVMS support as well as Cost and Schedule Analysis services for private sector customers carrying specific USG contract requirements.PMO Technology Solutions: Development & Implementation of PMO Technology Solutions related to Human Capital, Management Processes, Information/Reporting, and PMO Systems Integration

Consistently demonstrate expertise in Project Budget and Schedule Control; Risk, Resource and Quality Management with additional expertise with Proposal & Contract Management and Business Development for opportunities in excess of $2M.
