• Assist with the management of Compliance Department projects, including regulatory research surveys, client compliance requests, business unit process reviews, and internal and external audit compliance requirement reviews. Support Advocacy Department (customer inquiry response department) through ongoing review of all regulatory disputes, including response approval. Management support for licensing group filings and reports, Suspicious Activity Report filings and reports, and Vendor Risk Management group due diligence and ongoing reviews of third parties. • Provide primary support to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer with federal and state regulatory examinations and client audits through response and submission request drafting and communication, external and internal process presentations, and ongoing onsite and offsite review management.
