Mike is the President at Metaverse HQ, a Web3 technology company focused on incubating Founders, advising leaders, and developing the incentivization layer of the internet.

Mike also oversees all Content facing initiatives at Metaverse HQ, working closely with staff to curate the best quality Web3 content with the help of our community and partnership network.

Mike helped lead all staffing decisions for Metaverse HQ, while also directing our core group of Community Moderators and day-to-day action items.

Mike helped coordinate the Scouting and Player Personnel departments for all in-season and off-season Football Operations programs including but not limited to; coordination of Scouting Department, Draft and Free Agency preparation, upkeep of War Room database and video files, written Scouting + Advance Opponent Reports, scheduling of Pro and College player visits, team travel and gameday operations.
